About Gainzkeeper
Gainzkeeper is a personal portfolio tracking tool. It helps you keep an overview of your investments in one place. It is not a financial product, investment platform, or regulated service.

The portfolio data, performance figures, and AI-generated summaries displayed in Gainzkeeper are for personal tracking and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice and must not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.
The "Recommended actions" feature is generated by a large language model (AI). AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or based on a misunderstanding of your situation. It has no knowledge of your personal financial circumstances, tax position, risk tolerance, or wider goals. Never execute a trade, hold, or sell solely because the AI suggested it.

Market prices are sourced from Yahoo Finance and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data. Gainzkeeper bears no liability for investment decisions made using data displayed in the app.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Gainzkeeper for commercial purposes, scrape or extract data from the service, impersonate another user, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Gainzkeeper at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your use violates these terms or harms other users or the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gainzkeeper and its operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any loss related to investment decisions made using data from the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to Dutch jurisdiction.
